The one in which fate really does laugh in my face

So I got home tonight and turned on the TV.....only to discover a brand-new show entitled "Farmer wants a wife". Oh, the irony. It was a pretty close copy of the French version entitled "Le Bonheur est dans le pré", except the farmer was a lot cuter:But I swear, someone out there in the universe has a really sick sense of humor - out of all the shows, and all the channels, that one had to come on. I'm not kidding fate - I don't want any more farmers coming my way!!

Damn, girl, what channel are you watching?

Stick with Food Network and Comedy Central and you should be okay. ;-)

Oh wow! What a calamity, Sam!! I mean of ALL the shows that you could possibly tune in to... even if it was just the preview! Hey... I DID watch the epidsodes of Bonheur dans le pres. It was good ... but unrealistic! Stick with lifetime!!
Take care!! Leesa

Ali - it was on CW, and I wasn't watching it - it was just what was on when I turned the TV on!!

And Kim - this was SO not funny. When I saw it, I was just like "Aarrggh...I cannot believe this, someone out there has to have it in for me!!!'" lol

My vote is for the Travel channel--Travel is just about the opposite of living on a farm, and you will NEVER see any farmer related shows there! Plus, when you see fabulous shows about castles in the Loire and cathedrals in Paris, you will be so completely happy that you get to LIVE there.
