Totally Frenched Out

Sorry peeps, but I've got nothing. My life is one big, boring mess right now. What's that you say? You want some proof? Okay, fine - the highlight of the past few days has been my ancient kiné (physical therapist) telling me to feel up her butt cheeks, so I could see just exactly how clenched they were.

Sadly, that is the most action I've seen in months...

UPDATE: I was just reminded by a friend that I also went on a date this week. Though the fact that I didn't even remember I'd gone on a date should tell you just how memorable it was....

I've totally been there, with the unmemorable dates.

So are we supposed to clench our butts? Is that like a healthy thing to do? Inquiring minds need to know! :)

Ha, Rachel, thanks for making me laugh. She was scolding me for not having done my PT exercises while I was traveling, and I complained that they took up too much time. So she decided to show me an all-in-one exercise that I could do at the hotel. To give you a visual, it involves standing pigeon-toed in a corner with your arms straight behind you and clenched butt muscles (with an emphasis on the clenching). Told ya she was old-school!

Feeling the same, minus the unremarkable date. Can't wait for January to be over. I'm certain Feb will be much more interesting!
