Hey everyone - I've got another Flat Stanley (though this time, called "Flat Trinity") staying with me, and it's time to send him/her off on a new adventure.
Anyone outside of France/the US willing to take him in for a few days and show him around your town? He's the perfect guest - he doesn't take up any space and he doesn't even need to be fed!

I've never heard of Flat Stanley before. What a hoot! Do you send him around from country to country? This is very curious!

He is actually a she, I believe :)
But yeah, to add some extra info, Sam got Flat Stanley from me, who got her from my uncle who works as as a guidance counselor in Wisconsin. So yes, take her in and show her a good time!

Flat Stanley is new to me as well but would be more than welcome to show him around Lausanne, Switzerland.
I just hope that my dog doesn't eat him!

i'd say yes but i've got one of my own coming to me in the mail from texas! this elementary school class is doing something different where each child makes a Flat Stanley which gets sent individually to a recipient.
Yuri, that's what this class did too (hence the "flat trinity"). I'm not personally a fan, but hey, I'm still happy to help out I guess.
The little flat he/she is heading off on a great Swiss adventure today (thanks to GL)!
Dedene - to answer your question, the kids read a book in school about Flat Stanley, and then they mail him around the world to people they know. It's a great way to for them to learn that there's more out there in the world than just the US!
