C went to our new dentist the other day (she's great btw, thanks to Sophie for the recommendation), and she suggested that he pick up a special toothpaste from the pharmacy. It has sort of a funny smell, and I had to laugh when I saw the back of the tube:

funny, after you told me that she gave C. a special toothpaste i asked her if i needed one, too, and she said yes. i was laughing at the same picture! although mine just has a frowny and smiley face at 5 and 10 days. strange.
I was told to get a special toothpaste...hope mine takes a little less time to get used to! Ick!

special toothpaste? Why is it 'special'? I'm sure it costs like 17 euros a tube and there is the same thing in the supermarket for a fraction of the cost...I'll stick to my minty AquaFresh thanks :p
We've got the same tube sitting on the edge of our bathroom sink. Makes me smile too!
My Frenchman has the same stuff.
I leave my own toothpaste at his house...

What a strange toothpaste! It isn't the one that smells like onions is it? I got a special tooth paste last autumn when I got my braces and took it back as it smelt like onions, it good have done with the smiley face appreciation du gout indicators!
