well, is there much of a taste difference anyway or is it for color presentation purposes that you wanted all red? My husband sees the difference between the two colors, but always mixes up their names.
I think I would have had the same reaction from my NON colorblind man. He would be like "They are all the same, right?" I think the taste is only slightly different, but reds sure are prettier.
LOL! Two of my husband's brothers are very color blind.

ReplyDelete@Megan - The recipe I was using called for red peppers only - I think red peppers tend to be a little sweet, while green peppers are slightly bitter.
