Would anyone out there like some peanut butter? I know it's quite rare for an expat, but I suddenly have an overabundance of it. I've got two huge jars of Jiffy (one creamy, one extra crunchy) and one small jar of creamy Jiffy up for the taking!
dam it, i'm third in the queue and imaging the frais de port to Amiens, I fear I won't win this one! I could always check out the british grocery shop in Amiens now though.....

I'm sure I'm too late, but I would love a jar if there is any left. And on the topic of hard to find food: -any recommendations for **reasonably priced** maple syrup (not willing to pay 8 EUR at monoprix) -mexican spices/beans? Looking for black beans (not black soy beans, which I found in the 13eme), canned green chiles, chipotle, etc. Have struck out at carrefour, monoprix, simply market, tang frères, and some fresh markets. THANKS!!!
I actually would!! I just bought some at monoprix for SIX EUROS. WTF!? And it was a SMALL JAR! It hurts my brain.
